At a major commercial complex project in Tenali, Andhra Pradesh, Ambuja Kawach proved its strength in overcoming severe ground and moisture challenges, securing a decisive product conversion. The site was characterised by a high groundwater table and expansive black cotton soil, leading to persistent seepage and waterlogging in the cellar area—conditions that posed risks to durability and structural integrity.
