We ensure value creation in manufacturing capital through consolidation and expansion of existing capacities as well as optimal utilization of our existing installed capacities. Business process management and process excellence initiatives allow us to improvise our operational model, ensure optimal utilization of assets, infrastructure and equipment, and continue to nurture and grow our assets. We have been very conscious about reducing environmental footprint of our facilities and enabling compliance with new regulatory requirements.
