Under the oversight of the Stakeholder Relationship Committee, stakeholder engagement initiatives are undertaken, in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI regulations. The Committee reports directly to the Board and involves the participation of Independent Directors. Its mandates are regularly reviewed to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. No specific minority or vulnerable groups identified within the Company’s sphere of influence were disproportionately affected by its operations.
